*12’x17’ space

*Your own private restroom. 

*Locking door to your private space.

*You receive 1 entry code for the keyless entry for the shared building entrance.

*Will consider short or long term lease.

*24/7 studio access, private parking lot.

*There is a possibility to rent this room along with a second room right next to it, where you could have your own private entrance.

These studios are private and separate from our shop. 

To be used as a private studio or office, meaning codes cannot be shared and only authorized tenants are allowed in this entrance. 

We may consider allowing businesses who run off of appointment based traffic. 

We are a very quiet and laid back community in this building, so we are looking for tenants who share these same values.
